Gallery Internship | Ben Brown Fine Arts
Ben Brown Fine Arts is seeking a reliable individual with a strong interest in building a career in the fine arts industry. Interns will gain in-depth knowledge of art exhibitions and gallery operations while being exposed to a diverse selection of artworks. High-performing candidates may have the opportunity to extend their internship or be promoted to gallery assistant.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in organizing upcoming gallery exhibitions
• Maintain the gallery and storage in good condition
• Organize and manage inventory
• Conduct artist research and provide administrative support
• Help plan and organize events such as art fairs, artist talks, and dinners
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:
• Previous experience in a related field (art history, design, art handling, museum studies) is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Photoshop/AI is a plus
• Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
• Strong attention to detail and solid research skills
• Responsible, organized, self-motivated, and good problem-solving abilities
• Excellent oral and written command of English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin)

Working Hours:
Every Tuesday to Saturday, from 11 AM to 7 PM.

Internship Period:
January – March (* must be available during Art Basel Period 23/3 - 31/3)
