Pearl Lam Galleries are looking for staff who with a focus in assisting the exhibitions and research team. The position will demand someone who is keen to learn and can assist the team in preparing exhibition materials such as catalogues, CVs, press releases and in research packets for the sales team. Basic design skills with a familiarity in photoshop, illustrator and research content.
As a BONUS but not a requirement, we are also looking for someone with videography skills who can assist with filming and editing interviews, exhibition trailers and online gallery tours.

With a thoughtfully balanced roster of Chinese and international artists, the Gallery is strategic in it’s curation, positioning itself as an educator. The Gallery’s flagship space is located in the historic Pedder Building in Hong Kong whilst the Shanghai space lies in the heart of the Bund District. With a team of international staff, Pearl Lam Galleries’ reach is global, having presentations at major international art fairs.
About you:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in related field. More experience will be considered as Gallery Exhibition Manager
- Self-motivated and takes immediate responsibility for the role and tasks
- Excellent in spoken and written English & Chinese (Traditional & Simplified Chinese)
- Highly organised and efficient team player who can work seamlessly with all departments
- Proficiency in Apple Mac, Word, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier
