Responsibilities :
– Support sales of artworks including post-sales follow-up
– Support in fair programming & during art exhibitions
– Write press releases
– Edit & translate catalogues
– Create marketing materials & email campaigns
– Build media relationships
– Manage clients and organise gallery events

Requirements:
– Strong skill set
– Experienced in daily gallery management
– Fluent in English & Chinese, spoken & written
– Familiar with international art world to supports sales to both Asian & Western collectors
– Ability to provide client services for art exhibitions & international art fairs
– Good relationship with galleries, artists & collectors
– Network of contacts in China spanning multiple industries
– Strong interpersonal & cross-cultural communication skills necessary
