The gallery is committed to fostering cultural dialogue through its curatorial programme, representing a dynamic roster of established and emerging artists. We are looking for a talented, experienced and driven individual to join our London team and expand our market together.

Position Overview
This full-time, on-site role combines gallery operations, registrar duties, client services, and sales responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and commercial acumen, and will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operations, Registrar & Exhibition Coordination

·       Report directly to the Gallery Director and founders, helping to build and develop the London team.

·       Maintain daily operation of the gallery and execute exhibition management, work alongside and reporting to Hong Kong team as headquarters.

·       Oversee logistics related to shipping, import/export, and customs clearance, in coordination with external shippers, storage partners, and the Hong Kong team.

·       Maintain accurate inventory records using Artlogic, including updates on artwork locations, conditions, and loan status.

·       Manage installation and de-installation schedules for exhibitions and art fairs; handle artwork condition checks, condition reports, and coordinate framing, conservation, photography, and gallery archiving as needed.

·       Be the main point of contact for the London gallery for operations and general local tasks.

·       Support artist liaison for exhibitions and projects, ensuring smooth workflow.

·       Organise gallery exhibitions, projects, and host exclusive events.

Client Services & Sales Coordination

·       Support and manage client communications, with a focus on building and maintaining long-term relationships with collectors, curators, and institutions.

·       Assist in preparing presentation for sales pitching, artwork offers, follow-up communications, and sales documentation.

·       Coordinate and attend art fairs, gallery exhibitions, and client viewings.

·       Prepare and update sales materials, including catalogues, price lists, and artist bios.

·       Share your passion for the range of artwork we offer, identifying opportunities to develop further business through the client database, local business links, and intelligent marketing.

·       Provide a personable and unique service to clients, always going above and beyond to deliver an exceptional level of customer service.

·       Be comfortable selling luxury items ranging from £10,000 to over £100,000, and communicate effectively with clients of all levels and backgrounds.

·       Keep abreast of artist facts, art and interior trends, and developments in the wider art industry, to confidently discuss art investment opportunities with clients.

Working Pattern

·       We are looking for someone to join us full-time, working 5 days over a 6-day working pattern on a rota basis, so flexibility is important.

Candidate Profile

·       Bachelor’s degree in Art, Cultural and Arts Management, or a related discipline. 

·       3–5 years of relevant experience in gallery, museum, auction house, art advisory or related field.

·       Solid understanding of both local and international art markets.

·       Knowledge of art history and modern & contemporary art; familiar with Asian art market.

·       A confident communicator and a fast learner with strong interpersonal and organisational skills.

·       Proactive, creative and responsible with the ability to work independently and as a team

·       Proven ability to multitask and work independently with attention to detail.

·       Knowledge of Artlogic, Microsoft Office, Mac, and Adobe Suite is preferred.

·       Fluent in English and Mandarin or Cantonese.

·       Immediate availability is preferred.

·       Senior candidates will be considered for Gallery Manager; fresh or junior candidates will be considered for Gallery Coordinator.
