Gagosian is accepting applications for its Internship Program in Hong Kong.

Gagosian is a leading global art gallery that represents and exhibits some of the most important contemporary artists. Our internship program offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience and work closely with talented professionals in the art industry. As an intern, you will be an integral part of the gallery’s daily operations and contribute to our mission of promoting and shaping contemporary art.

We are looking for applicants with a strong interest in art, who can work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, prioritize, and possess excellent communication skills.

Duties include but are not limited to
- Assisting gallery staff with daily operations, supporting colleagues across sales, artist liaison, research and events
- Providing support to the Front Desk team with visitor enquiries and essential administrative tasks (including mail send-outs, publication and stock management, preparing offices for client meetings, expenses)
- Participating in gallery openings and events
- Translation of texts
- Archiving
- Ad hoc duties as required

Requirements
- Strong command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility, attention to detail, and a desire to learn
- A strong desire to pursue a career in the art world
- Proficiency in PC and Microsoft Office suite
- All candidates must be eligible to work in Hong Kong as we are unable to assist with visa applications for our Internship Program.

Internship Period
January 13 to April 18, 2026

This is a paid, full-time role. Our gallery hours are Tuesday to Saturday, 11am to 7pm. Candidates may occasionally need to work additional hours for gallery openings and events.
