Opening Reception | Bards – Alixe Fu’s Post-expressionism Painting Exhibition

French Chinese artist Alixe Fu (born in Taiwan in 1961) is the representative of post-expressionism in 21st century. Alixe had his first solo exhibition in 1983. He then moved to France as an artist since 1987. Living in France for many years enables Fu to flexibly master the artistic expression technique of western modernism. He had over forty solo exhibitions took place in Paris, New York, Beijing, France, Japan, and Taiwan, etc. including Museum of Contemporary Art Taipei, Taipei Fine Arts Museum, Beijing Today Art Museum, France Blois Chateau and Museum and Auvers Chateau and Museum, as well as the the Grand Palais and the George Pompidou Center. His works were collected by public and private museums from France, Japan, China, Taiwan and so on.
