Hong Kong Art Gallery Association is currently seeking booth assistant at its Fundraising Booth at Fine Art Asia 2022.
- Commitment: 4 – 8 Oct 2022
- Hours: 10 pm – 7 pm, including a 1-hour lunch break
- Work location: Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre, 1 Harbour Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong
- Stipend will be provided.
Responsibilities
Assist in the execution and coordination of HKAGA’s fundraising booth at Fine Art Asia, including but not exclusive to:
- Stationing at HKAGA’s booths to serve as point of information for visitors during show period.
- Provide accurate information about art books and artwork on display with clear communication skills
- Represent HKAGA in a professional client-facing position
- Provide ad hoc support to HKAGA team
Requirements
- University graduate or student, preferably in the Art & Culture field
- Proven interest in visual art
- Mature, presentable, with good communication & interpersonal skills
- Possessing creativity, initiative & self-motivation
- Able to work independently & efficiently, with a sense of responsibility
- Able to multi-task, with good organisational skills
- Strong command of spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
