Duties and Responsibilities:
-Conducting sales of artworks, implementing marketing strategies to increase sales
-Creating and maintaining relationships with Artists and Collectors
-Assist the Gallery Manager in the day-to-day running of the gallery
-Assist with planning and organizing exhibitions and various art/cultural events
Requirements:
-Hardworking and motivated by sales targets, being able to work independently and efficiently
-Ability to maintain a clear understanding of art world trends
-Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
-Mature, outgoing and responsible with pleasant personality
-Preferably have 2 years relevant experiences in galleries, auction house etc
-Must be Hong Kong permanent resident or have valid Hong Kong working visa
Educations:
-Study in fine arts, art history, art business or related field is required
-Additional background in advertising, marketing and internet media is advantageous
Computer skills:
– Mac, Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Illustrator and video editing skills
