Gallery Intern (Part-time) – AFFINITY ART

AFFINITY ART has an opening for an internship that provides a comprehensive overview of the working of a gallery and hands-on experience. We are currently looking for a talented and motivated individual to join us for 2 to 3 days a week. Expected duration of the internship – 12 months.

Responsibilities:
– Attend to daily gallery operations, openings and events
– Assist in preparing materials for art exhibitions and events
– Assist in managing social media, website and email communications

Requirements:
– University graduate – Art related field preferred
– Fluent in Cantonese and English – Mandarin a plus
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
– Responsible and reliable
– Detail-minded with a genuine interest in arts
– Positive attitude
– Independent and self-motivated
– Working knowledge in Adobe Illustrator, Indesign and Photoshop – a plus
