Lucie Chang Fine Arts is a contemporary art gallery that was founded in 2011. We are currently looking for a Full-Time Gallery Assistant to join the team.
Responsibilities:
– Managing and running day-to-day business of the art space
– Planning and implementation of exhibitions and fairs
– Coordinating with external parties such as press, artists, organisations, service providers on exhibitions, fairs, and events
– Preparing promotional materials and managing all social media platforms
– Stock checking, liaising with insurance and transportation
– Managing artwork database and filing system
– Following up on sales, contact with clients
– Other duties as required
Requirements:
– University degree, preferably in the Design, Marketing, Art or related fields
– Minimum of 1-2 years working experience, preferably in media, marketing, design, or related fields
– Fluent spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
– Sociable, pleasant, responsible, organized and self-motivated
– Good knowledge in using design software ( e.g Photoshop, AI, InDesign and etc )
– Proficiency in computer and social media applications
– Good writing skill in both Chinese and English
– Working during weekends and public holidays may be required
– Immediate availability is preferred
