VIP Relations Executive (Four months contract) – Art Central

Art Central Hong Kong is seeking a highly motivated individual to join the 2024 team as VIP Relations Executive. The role will involve supporting the VIP Relations team in planning and executing strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to engage with leaders in the visual art industry, build relationships with VIP guests, and contribute to the success of a world-class event.

Job Description

• Provide data and administrative support

• Conduct client research and analysis

• Help coordinate VIP invitations and registrations

• Assist in organising special programs, events and tours

• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel

• Advanced research and analytical skills

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)

• Degree holder in art, marketing or business-related fields preferred
