Summary
We are now looking for interns for the Art Symposium during the Hong Kong Art Week 2019. Being an intern for the Symposium would be the perfect gateway to get a taste of working in the art world as well as meeting some of the most important stakeholders within the field in Hong Kong. You will be required to assist the HKAGA team with coordination, reception work and other ad hoc tasks. This is an unpaid position.

Time: 29 Nov, Fri | 10am – 6:30pm
30 Nov, Sat | 8am – 5pm
Venue: JC Hall, Asia Society Hong Kong Center, 9 Justice Drive, Admiralty
Responsibilities
- Assist HKAGA team with coordination of the event
- Reception work
- Ad hoc tasks
- Support event logistics
Requirements
- Student or recent graduate
- Proven interest in Visual Art
- Self-motivated, organised, and attentive to details
- Able to work independently and efficiently
- Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Familiar with social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
