Lucie Chang Fine Arts is a contemporary art gallery that was founded in 2011. We are now hiring full-time Gallery Manager to join the team!
Responsibilities:
- Managing and running the day-to-day business of the art space

Plan, organize and coordinate with external parties on exhibitions, fairs, and events

Stock check, liaising with insurance and transportation

Manage and update online promotional materials
- Coordinating with external parties such as press, artists, organizations, service providers on exhibitions, fairs, and events

Handle sales inquiries, build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

provide premium client service, artwork knowledge, and expertise

Update artwork database

Manage and update online promotional materials

Supervise and train gallery staff
Requirements:
- University degree, preferably in the Art or Marketing field

Social, pleasant, responsible, organised and self-motivated

Cooperative, possessing good team spirit, can work independently

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken Cantonese & English & Mandarin.

Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint; knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign is preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 years of full-time working experience, preferably in media, marketing, design or related field
- Project-oriented skills: must be able to multitask on both short and long-term projects
- Proficiency in computer and social media applications
- Work during weekends and public holidays may be required
- Relevant experience is a plus
Working Hours:
10 am-7 pm, 5 days a week
