JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support the Director on admin areas such as: inventory, shipments and/deliveries, research and presentations around the program.
- Support the team on various programs such as: inventory, artwork checks, updating reports, education programs and upcoming projects.
- Manage HOCA website, mailers and eShop, as well as any mailings and sales reports.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Interest in the arts
- Fluency in Chinese and English
- Proficiency in design programs such as Photoshop and/or Illustrator
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions in a timely manner
- Ability to work on your own, and also within a team
APPLICATION:
- This is an UNPAID INTERNSHIP that provides the introduction and foundation to working in the non-profit and art industries, ideal for students
- Flexibility on days and hours; to be finalised with the Director and can be worked around school timetable, as needed
- Start date is immediate but based on your availability and interest, valid through the summer and for at least 3-5 months, and can be extended as needed
