Description
- Full-time, Contract position (approximately 10 weeks). Immediate hire.
- Answering office phone enquiries in a courteous, professional manner.
- Handling a dedicated email inbox and responding to each message in a timely manner.
- Processing complex queries, including individual and group ticketing requests.
- Flagging potential issues by referring the message to the appropriate member of senior staff.
- Inputting data into the company’s internal database system accurately and efficiently.
- Ensuring the confidentiality and security of all digital files and filing systems.
- Assisting senior colleagues with interview coordination.
- Coordinating schedules, booking meeting rooms, and relaying meeting information to all necessary parties accurately.
- Greeting and directing visitors onsite at the art fair, organising tours and assisting senior staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited tertiary institution; majors in art history, business management, or cultural studies preferred but not required.
- Exceptional customer service skills, adaptable organisational skills, and effective communication skills.
- Proven experience working in an office environment.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced setting.
- A pleasant outward demeanour and the ability to be a team player.
- Excellent spoken command of Cantonese and English is required.
- Excellent reading and writing skills in Chinese and English are required.
