JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support the Director on admin areas such as: inventory, shipments and/deliveries, research and presentations around the program.
- Support the Exhibitions Manager on exhibition areas such as: artwork checks, filling in reports.
- Manage HOCA website, mailers and eShop.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Interest in the arts
- Fluency in Chinese and English
- Proficiency in design programs such as Photoshop and Illustrator
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions in a timely manner
- Ability to work on your own, and also within a team
APPLICATION:
- This is an UNPAID PART TIME INTERNSHIP that provides the introduction and foundation to working in the non-profit and art industries, ideal for students
- Start date is immediate but based on your availability and interest, valid for at least 3 months until the end of the March 2022 exhibition
