Over the Influence Gallery is looking for a motivated and diligent assistant who is interested in future development in the art field. You will work closely with our team and gain a valuable insight of how an art gallery operates.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily operation and administrative duties of the gallery
- Provide support for the team in organising exhibitions and coordinating for the art fairs
- Design or touch-up exhibition and social media materials
- Ad-hoc tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Recent university graduate with at least 1 year of experience in art galleries, auction houses or related art organisations.
- Fluent in both English and Cantonese/Mandarin
- Immediate availability is preferred
- Responsible, organised and a passion for art!
