Pearl Lam Galleries Hong Kong Pedder seeks dynamic and highly organized Gallery Exhibition Executives. The tasks will be broad-reaching and an excellent opportunity to gain invaluable experience within a leading and international contemporary art organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
We are looking for staff who with a focus on assisting the exhibitions and research team. The position will demand someone who is keen to learn and can assist the team in preparing exhibition materials such as catalogues, CVs, press releases and research material for the sales team. Basic design skills with familiarity in photoshop, illustrator and research content.
As a BONUS but not a requirement, we are also looking for someone with videography skills who can assist with filming and editing interviews, exhibition trailers and online gallery tours.
Requirements:
– Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Knowledge in AI or Photoshop is an advantage
– Minimum 1-year work experience in a related field
– Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and self-motivated
