de Sarthe Gallery is seeking artist/studio assistants to help out with our current artist residency program, deSAR.
Responsibilities
– Assisting the artist with creating artwork
– Prepping materials and maintaining the studio space
– Other tasks as assigned by the artist
Requirements:
– Current university student in the Art History, Visual Arts, Culture, and any other similar fields is preferable
– Highly proficient in English, Mandarin and/or Cantonese
– Excellent communication skills
– Interest in art, self motivated, well-organised and able to work independently
– Must commit at least 4 days a week (Tuesday to Friday) during the month of August and must be able to work on Saturdays if necessary
