We are currently looking for a hands-on, independent adult who is ready for some challenges and determined to pursue their career in the art industry.
Responsibilities:
– Assist Gallery Manager with day-to-day operations including general office administration
– Assist Gallery Manager with planning and organising exhibitions, art fairs, events
– Maintain gallery’s daily operation
– Manage client database and inventory registration
– Work on ad-hoc tasks from time to time
– Updates on websites, social media channels and archival documentation with appointed external vendors
Requirements:
– At least 1 year’s working experience, preferably with experience in the art industry
– Excellent in both written & spoken English and Chinese
– Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite
– Adaptable, with excellent interpersonal skills
– Independent and well-organised
– Immediate availability preferred
