Summer Internship – Rossi & Rossi

Rossi & Rossi internships commence seasonally, with a minimum three-month appointment and required attendance 3 days weekly, Tuesday through Saturday (facultative). Rossi & Rossi specializes in both classical works of art from India and the Himalayan region as well as contemporary Asian art, with a special focus on Tibetan art. The gallery’s deep interest in both the art and culture of the past and the vibrant and innovative art being produced by Asian artists today is reflected in its international reputation for handling only the finest works of art. Operating in the centre of Mayfair, London, and from Hong Kong, Rossi & Rossi regularly stages specialist and groundbreaking exhibitions. The gallery also participates in renowned contemporary art fairs, including Art Basel Hong Kong.

This position will challenge the candidate to excel in all aspects of communications and marketing including:

Responsibilities:
– Translate website content from English to Chinese (traditional)
– Facebook & Instagram posts
– Researching new forums for publicity
– Assisting with public outreach
– Writing press releases
– Assisting with mailings
– Giving tours of the galleries
– Preparing press packets

Requirements: 
– Have an interest and good knowledge of social media platforms
– Be proficient in writing in both English and Chinese,
– Demonstrate excellent communication skills
– Have a passion for art and a positive attitude about performing many kinds of tasks on a demanding schedule.
