Development Intern – Asia Art Archive (AAA)

An internship with the Development Team at Asia Art Archive (AAA) will provide insight into the operations of one of Hong Kong’s most respected arts non-profits. Invaluable, hands-on experience for anyone interested in arts administration, cultural non-profits, and developing meaningful patron programmes.

Responsibilities:
– Work closely with the department head and the team to provide research support
– Help with organising and executing events
– Assist in the production of the summer patron newsletter.

Requirements:
– Excellent command of spoken and written English
– Working proficiency in Chinese or another Asian language is preferable
– Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
– Interest in arts and knowledge of arts in Hong Kong and Asia is preferable
– Analytically minded with strong organisation skills
– Good team player and eager for new challenges

Duration:
Summer term: May–Jun
Required commitment: Full-time, five days a week (40 days in total)
